• Cloud integrations with Google Drive, OneDrive, Dropbox, Adobe Express.

• URL shortening via Bitly.

• Email marketing campaigns.

• SEO reports and optimization tools.

• Custom bio pages for clients.

3. User Responsibilities

• You must provide accurate account information.

• You are responsible for maintaining account security.

• You must comply with the terms of connected platforms (e.g., Facebook API policies).

• You must not use Midya for illegal activities or spam.

4. Subscription and Payments

• Services may require paid subscriptions.

• Fees are billed according to your chosen plan (monthly or annually).

• We may adjust pricing with prior notice.

• Non-payment may result in account suspension or termination.

5. Content Ownership

• You retain ownership of all content you upload or schedule.

• By connecting social accounts, you grant Midya permission to publish and manage posts on your behalf.

6. Limitation of Liability

• We are not liable for losses caused by third-party platforms or account suspensions.

• We do not guarantee uninterrupted service due to potential external API changes.

7. Termination

• You may cancel your account anytime.

• We reserve the right to terminate accounts violating these Terms.

8. Intellectual Property

• Midya, its logo, and software are owned by Midya Solutions.

• You may not copy, reverse-engineer, or resell our platform without permission.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
